Every expert was once a beginner.

Some of the features in our courses
A quick look inside the Yellow Belt course to give you visibility of the lesson layouts, example lesson content, tools and the certificate journey before enrolling.
Each course has different material and the Yellow Belt is just being used as an example. If you choose White Belt, Green Belt or Black Belt your content will vary as you go.
Six things most courses get wrong.
We got them right.
Live Calculators Inside the Lesson
Change a value and watch the bell curve shift in real time. Adjust your process mean and see Cpk respond immediately. You don't just read about statistical tools — you interact with them mid-lesson, so the concept moves from theory to intuition before you've even finished the module.
Software Suite
Every module is grounded in situations drawn from actual improvement work — manufacturing, healthcare, service delivery, logistics. The examples aren't abstract; they reflect genuine decisions that practitioners face on real projects. You learn in context, not isolation.
You Build a Project End-to-End
Learning sticks when you apply it. As you progress through each belt, you build your own improvement project from scratch — Define through Control — using real templates, real data, and real decisions. By the time you finish, you don't just have a certificate: you have a completed, defensible project portfolio ready to take into your workplace.
Master Black Belt Depth
Content built by someone who has led complex improvement programmes across multiple industries, trained hundreds of practitioners, and coached executive-level stakeholders. It goes beyond definitions into the thinking and judgement that separates effective practitioners from qualified ones.
Unlimited Exam Retakes
Assessment anxiety helps no one learn. Sit every exam as many times as you need, without penalty. The goal is genuine understanding — not a single high-pressure attempt. Take your time. Get it right. The retakes are always there if you need them.
Lifetime Access — No Subscription
Pay once and return whenever it suits you — before a new project, when a concept clicks differently second time around, or simply to revisit a tool you haven't used in a while. Your access and your knowledge don't expire.
Students get 50% off — always.
AI you can trust.
Built with ethics at the core.
Human-in-the-Loop
AI generates suggestions and guidance only. You always retain full control and final authority over every output. AI never takes autonomous action — it supports your learning, it doesn't replace your judgement.
Your Data Stays Yours
We never use your data to train or improve AI models. Data is processed solely to generate your response and is not retained afterwards. All processing complies with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Clearly Labelled AI
Every AI-generated response is clearly identified. You always know when you're reading AI guidance versus course content. Full transparency, no hidden automation.
Regulatory Alignment
Our AI implementation aligns with UK GDPR, ICO AI Guidance, the EU AI Act risk-based approach, and OECD AI Principles. Responsible AI isn't a feature — it's a foundation.

Live tools, simulations, templates and an AI coach — all built into the lessons so you learn by doing, not just reading.
What it means to learn from
a Master Black Belt.
A Master Black Belt sits at the top of the Lean Six Sigma practitioner hierarchy — trained to design and deliver complex improvement programmes, mentor Black Belts, and influence organisational strategy. That experience shapes every course in the Academy. The content doesn't just tell you what the tools are — it tells you how they behave in the field, when to use them, and when not to. That kind of nuance takes years to accumulate, and it's built into every lesson here.
What it means to learn from
a Lean Master.
A Lean Master — sometimes called a Lean Sensei — sits at the top of the pure-Lean practitioner hierarchy, having spent years on the shop floor and in the boardroom designing transformations, coaching kaizen teams and building daily management systems that actually stick. Every Lean Associate, Practitioner and Advanced Lean Practitioner course is written from that lived experience. You'll learn how flow, pull, 5S, VSM, kaizen and Hoshin really behave in factories, hospitals, offices and service teams — not how a textbook claims they should.
A recognised credential that pays you back.
A Six Sigma qualification is not a paper certificate. It is a portable, recognised credential that signals you can lead measurable improvement work — the kind of skill that opens doors, raises salaries, and follows you for the rest of your career.
Higher earning potential
UK Black Belt practitioners typically earn £55,000 to £85,000+, with senior roles regularly above £100,000. Green Belts and Yellow Belts add a clear premium to operations, project, and quality salaries.
Career mobility
Improvement skills travel with you. Manufacturing, healthcare, financial services, the public sector, technology — every industry runs on processes, and every industry is hiring people who can fix them.
Professional credibility
A belt qualification gives you the language, the frameworks and the authority to be taken seriously in the room. You stop being the person with an idea and start being the person leading the project.
Real return for the employer
A typical Black Belt project delivers £100,000 to £250,000 of value through cost reduction, time saved, or revenue protected. That is why employers actively fund this training and promote the people who hold it.
Future-proof skill set
Process thinking, structured problem-solving and data-driven decisions are some of the most resilient skills you can hold. They sit alongside AI, not against it — and they only get more valuable as work changes.
Confidence on the page and in the room
Belt qualifications make your CV stand out, your interview answers sharper and your day-to-day work easier to defend. You walk in with a method, a vocabulary and proof you can deliver.
How the belts compare
All three belts. One table. See exactly what you get at each level before you decide.

Where should I begin?
If you have no prior Continuous Improvement experience, start with the CI Fundamentals course. It’s the entry point of our pathway and gives you the grounding to progress confidently through every stage that follows.
How long does the full pathway take?
It depends on the pace you set. Each course is designed to be completed in a few hours to a few weeks depending on your schedule. Because you have lifetime access, there is no pressure to rush — you can move through the pathway at a pace that works around your life and work commitments.
Do I need previous experience to enrol?
Not at all. The CI Fundamentals and CI Practitioner courses are designed for complete beginners. If you already have some experience, you can join the pathway at the appropriate level — use our “Not Sure Where to Start” guide on this page to find your entry point.
Can I skip directly to Green Belt?
Yes, technically you can enrol in any course directly. However, we recommend following the pathway in order if you’re new to Lean Six Sigma. The Green Belt builds on Yellow Belt concepts — skipping earlier stages can leave gaps that make the more advanced content harder to apply confidently in the real world.
What career opportunities could this pathway support?
Completing the full pathway opens doors to roles including CI Coordinator, Lean Practitioner, Process Improvement Manager, Operations Analyst, Six Sigma Black Belt, and CI Lead or Director. Employers in manufacturing, healthcare, financial services, and logistics all actively seek these qualifications.
