These terms explain how SimplicityHub templates can be used, shared and adapted. The aim is simple: make templates easy to use for real work while protecting them from resale or redistribution as someone else's product.

You are permitted to

Use templates in real work.

  • Download and use the templates for personal use
  • Use the templates inside your organisation or team
  • Modify the templates to suit your own process or environment
  • Complete, save and share finished versions internally
  • Use the templates for project delivery, operational work and improvement activity
You are not permitted to

Resell or redistribute them.

  • Sell the templates
  • Resell the templates
  • Redistribute the templates as your own product
  • Host the templates on another website or file library
  • Include the templates in paid training, consulting or commercial products without permission
  • Remove SimplicityHub branding or copyright notices where they are included
Ownership

All templates remain SimplicityHub intellectual property.

Templates are provided free of charge to support learning, improvement and practical delivery work. That free access does not transfer ownership.

You can use and adapt the templates for your own work, but you cannot repackage or distribute them commercially without permission.
