Accessibility

Our commitment to making SimplicityHub easier to use across devices and for as many people as possible.

For simplicityhub.co.uk and the SimplicityHub customer portal. Last updated: 27 March 2026.

1. Our commitment

SimplicityHub is committed to making the website and customer-facing services more accessible and easier to use for as many people as possible. We aim to design and maintain pages with clear structure, readable contrast and usable navigation across modern devices.

2. Measures we currently aim to support

Where reasonably practicable, we work toward:

  • clear heading structure and readable content hierarchy
  • keyboard-accessible navigation and controls
  • sufficient visual contrast for key interface elements
  • descriptive labels and feedback on forms where possible
  • responsive layouts that work across desktop and mobile devices

3. Ongoing limitations

Some parts of the site may not yet be fully accessible at all times, particularly as the platform continues to evolve. There may be areas where improvements are still needed, including third-party components, older content, downloadable resources or newly introduced functionality that has not yet been fully reviewed.

4. Assistive technology and compatibility

We aim for the site to work with common browsers and a range of assistive technologies. Actual compatibility may vary depending on the browser, device, settings and assistive technology used.

5. Feedback and support

If you experience an accessibility barrier, need information in a different format, or have difficulty using any part of the site, please contact us and we will try to help.

6. Contact

Please use the Contact page and tell us which page or feature caused difficulty, what issue you encountered and what support would help.

7. Review and updates

We may review and update this statement from time to time as the site develops and accessibility improvements are made.
